CH327 Dining Table

CH327 Dining Table by Hans Wegner for Carl Hansen + Son.

To celebrate Hans J. Wegner's 110th Birth, the teak/oak oiled finishes will be available for a discounted price. Limited offer until 31st December, 2024.

Designed by Hans J Wegner in 1962, the CH327 is a solid wood dining table with soft edges and rounded legs that become narrower towards the floor.

The wood grains intentionally follow the tabletop's length, which is supported by three distinct rails. On each side, a side rail continues along the length of the table underneath each of these rails, with space between them giving the tabletop the impression that it is floating.

To provide support, the table has two detachable legs at each end, a cross-stretcher to ensure transverse stability and side rails to provide stability lengthwise. The side rails are joined higher at the table legs and narrower between them to increase leg space for seating.
