Le Corbusier, Jeanneret, Perriand
Le Corbusier, Pierre Jeanneret and Charlotte Perriand began working together in October 1927, at Le Corbusier's atelier on rue de Sèvres in Paris.
Their resulting furniture had a striking modern look, contrasting chrome metal and leather to create sculptural and functional pieces. This project was named the l’équipement d'intérieur de l’habitation, the equipment of interior living. Its aesthetic was lead by Perriand and resulted in large commercial success.
