Konstantin Grcic

Konstantin Grcic was born in 1965. The designer attended the John Makepeace School for Craftsmen in Wood, training to be a cabinetmaker, continuing his education at the Royal College of Art in London.

He established his own office in 1991. Konstantin Grcic Design studio is based in Berlin, working on product design, temporary exhibitions and architecture. His work is categorised by in-depth research into clients and design history to create forms with the right technology and materials. Grcic has worked with high-profile clients across the world, including Flos, Cassina, Authentics, Vitra and Magis.
